2023 – today
Twenety years ago, Mischief was launched as the first consumer PR agency in London to be believe big brand problems could be solved through earned communications.
I lead Mischief's creative and strategy teams, as well as consumer and creative strategy at the MHP Group level.
My remit has been lifting the creative output of the agency, and the effectiveness of that work, while maintaining our premium margins and working culture.

2019 – 2023
There is no other business in the world quite like Freuds.
I led strategy across consumer, corporate, and public-sector clients, applying brand-building principles to communications challenges and creating more integrated approaches to reputation, culture, and influence work.

2015 – 2019
Impero is highly-awarded, fiercely independent creative agency.
I joined as the agency’s first strategist, and over 4 years built the strategy team, helping transform the agency from a social content specialist into a broader brand and communications partner.

2014 – 2015
Exposure has been one of the coolest, most culturally-connected agencies in London for more than 20 years.
In many ways, I cut my teeth there, learning to apply strategy craft to a wide array of projects – from design and social content to communications.

2012–2014
Jam was the first social media agency in the UK, and it was a radically fun place to work.
-
2011 – 2012
I first tried to apply my journalist’s skills to an advertising agency when I signed on to be the first-ever dedicated social media exec at Grey.

It was the best strategy training imaginable.
